Blackberry support in India is simply neligible.
I'm aware that it is supported by Redington and Ingram Micro, but none of their websites have any support information for Blackberry, i.e. email, contact nos etc.
It stupidly publishes the US toll free
There is lot to be done for companies to realise that after sales support is too critical for a brand and you can make it tough for your customers to contact you.
I mean that is Basic ... WAKE UP!
