Updated what software? The OS On your PlayBook?? The device software of your BlackBerry phone? The version of BlackBerry Bridge?? What did you update?
First step for any of these, delete previous bluetooth profiles on PlayBook AND on phone.
Go through Bridge setup again.

I software on my OS, playbook and curve 9300 are all up to date. I deleted the profiles on both playbook and curve and went through the bridge set up again.
I can still only get BBM on my playbook.
And yes, I tried turining it on and off again.
