My browser has stopped working. The blue bar across the top goes a third or halfway across, and then nothing else happens. It just stays stalled there.
It also won't open links. I tap on the link as before and then nothing happens.
Dolphin works fine, however, as does every other internet connected app.
Fix?

Hey jlretzer,
Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Thanks for the question.
Can you provide the following information:
1. BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet OS version.
2. What websites do you notice this happening to?
3. Are you using BlackBerry® Bridge as well?
4. When did the issue first start?
I look forward to your reply.
Cheers.

Hey jlretzer,
Thanks for the quick reply.
The next steps I will get you to do is to clear the browser cache and cookies:
Then restart the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet by holding the power and + volume key for 5 seconds and then test the browser.
I look forward to your reply.
Cheers.

I wish I could tell you it works, but my touchscreen has now become completely unresponsive. Tap it and nothing happens. I turned it off and on, and it worked a bit, but then became unresponsive again.

jlretzer,
Thanks for the reply.
I'm going to suggest reloading the BlackBerry PlayBook OS, follow the steps below:
When prompted with BlackBerry Desktop Software cannot communicate with the connected device, click Update and then click Repair allow the update to be downloaded and installed on the BlackBerry PlayBook.
Once this is completed, test the touch screen again for the next 24 hours if it stops again. Then we will need to repair the BlackBerry Tablet.
For repair options you will need to contact our PlayBook Support team which can be found by going here: http://t.co/bagg7m3
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Cheers.

It looks to me as though I'm out of luck on the repair options, right. It seems as though that's for 90 days. I was an earlier adopter and mine is now nearly 2 years old.
