Browser connection fails

My browser icon is dimmed and I can't connect to the internet. How can I fix this?  I am able to send and receive messages though.

Do the three button reset. Hold down the Power Button and both the volume buttons all at the same time for 15 seconds. PB should reboot in about 3 minutes. Check the browser and report back again.
