Locate yourself to a place where you receive good wifi signal strength.
If you re receiving an error connecting to wifi, on the wifi setting page fro the drop down box which would have "available networks" listed, select problem networks. You wifi should be present in this category. Enter the correct password and tap save and connect. This should most likely resolve your issue.

BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 5.0.4 and BES 10.2.2 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2008

Thank you for your help. I tried what you said. Again, I was unable to connect to _icloud but when I went to problem networks it stated that were no problem networks so I was unable to solve the issue.
