After 2 update procedures to 1032 my camera still does NOT work.
Persistent error 4003. I also get the error "another app is using camera " when accessing Video Chat app.
I'm told that error is hardware related - but have a hard time believing it.
I have 3 weeks on my one year warranty and wil probably demand a replacement if no solution soon.
Hey a new tablet that works would be nice.

My 90 day support has run out. Where on the support site is the contact information for warranty repair/replace?
My tablet is still under one year warranty. I don't see any place to contact support except to apply for 90 day complimentary plan.

We've just (in the last couple of days, had EXACTLY the same issue with our PlayBook - unable to use Video Chat because it says the camera is in use by another application and the same 4003 error being shown. We've tried restarting multiple times without success.
It is inconceivable that this is simultaneous a hardware fault on 2 devices in different continents. Please can RIM acknowledge the software issue here and work toward a resolution.
Thanks,
Pete Alcock

Yes, I am also having all of these issues with my Playbook since the 1032 update. Seems it must be software related - rebooting doesn't help mine.

I had that problem a few days ago, all I did was to close the programand restart it right away (the program I mean), and every thing is working since then
