Can't Adjust the Brightness and The full charged power is 77% on Playbook

Hi guys.

 

I received this PB as a gift from my aunt took a flight to Vietnam. And the problem is

The birghtness can't be adjusted and the battery can't be charge full (just 77%).

 

Any one know how to fix this? Pls, help me.
