Can't connect Playbook to pc

Hi I have been having some difficulties with my Playbook. It won't connect to my pc it says it's connecting and then an error message appears I've tryed resetting my pb and pc and nothing I've also tryed
Turning off wifi
Uninstall desktop manager and reinstalling it
Uninstall bb device manager and reinstalling it
Used different USB cord

hi , had this problem myself , try disabling your antivirus and firewall programs then try to connect your playbook , this worked for me and i can now transfer files from my computer , hope this works for you .
