Can't connect to app world server

happy new year everyone. Please help can't download apps keep getting the following message.                                            BlackBerry app world is having trouble connecting to the blackberry world server. Verify your network connections and try again. My wifi and email are working ok any ideas? Thanks everyone any. Help. Much appreciated

KB20031 "BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again" appears when BlackBerry App World is started
