Hello everyone, first time post.

 I'm having trouble installing the most recent print to go pc download. I've downloaded the software, but the windows program installer doesn't recognize the download as a program. Does anyone have a solution?

What is the OS of the computer? Win8 seems to be more of a problem than Win7. Use the search function at the too of this Page. Enter broad search terms such as Print to Go. There were several comments on this topic about a week ago.

Hi everyone...first time post. I have downloaded the Print to Go software called Print to Go-Windows DeskTop-2.0.110.exe.bin. Although the install instructions say to simply click on the download to install I can,t install a .bin file.

Please help...what step am I missing.

Some people with Win7 experience problems with PTG. You should read the Knowledge Base articles KB30122 and KB30236. Also search this forum to see if there has been success with PTG and WIN7.

I think the bin file has to be unzipped first. Then it installs with the .exe file.

I have tired it, and the only thing that I did was when I downloaded it I change the file name, I just removed thr ".bin" from it and it worked right away after the download

You can probably just modify the file name after download, by just removing the ".bin" and it should work as well

I don't know how to remove the *bin from the download, Now that it's downloaded. I've tried downloading it again and still am unable to. Thanks for all the help everyone.

When you are downloading, it tells you where you want it saved and what is the file name, that is when you can remove the ".bin"

thru win 8 explorer select the file and rename it by deleting the .bin
