Chat video problem with OS2

I just upgrade to the new OS2 and I have new problem with the chat video. When someone calling me, the chat video software don't start after I accept the video call. The only way I can actually do chat video is when I call an other PlayBook person. Anyone can help me.

I'm getting the same issue with 2 other people I have tried to video chat with. Even more noteworthy is that the video chat still looks the same way as it did in 1.08, even though there are articles reporting that it was improved in 2.0.

Just to be clear, here is what is happening:

 

1) Receive video chat call.

2) Click "Accept"

3) Video Chat opens (it's the 1.0 application).

4) Nothing happens. It stops ringing.

 

Outbound video calls do not work either because the other party is likely having the same problem.

 

If it's worth anything, my playbook was a french OS and I had a decent amount of applications on it.
