Complaints Procedure

Hi,

I have had a long running issue with my Playbook, spending many days and hours of my time, going back and forth with Blackberry 'Support'.

They either deliberately lie or do not have a proficient knowledge of the Playbook.

I am trying to find a compaints phone number, email or address.

I do not want to discuss my issues, I am absoluteley fed up with messaging back and forth, also I do not want this to effct any legal action I may take.

If anyone can help I would be very grateful. (please don't give me their support details!)

Please use plain text.

Re: Complaints Procedure

They lie?

Or rather, you just aren't following the suggestions made?

There are normally two sides to every story.

Write a letter and mail it to the address shown at the www.blackberry.com/contact page

I have resolved this issue direct, but couldn't find where to delete the post.

For the record, they have made 3 seperate statements about the functionality of the Playbook that were untrue.

I have documented evidence by way of emails and voice recording as proof.

Nothing to do with me following advice, was not applicable.

No two sides, the facts completely obvious in my case, an admitted and apologised for by Blackberry Support.

<Inappropriate Content Removed>  Do you by any chance work for their support?

Please use plain text.

I directly (and correctly  :smileywink: ) answered your question.

No I don't work for RIM. IF you read the messages and notices upon registration, you would know this is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here.
