Connect to wi fi failure

On my home wi fi network my Playbook cannot connect. It can see it but cannot authenticate. I took it back to the store and it connected to their wi fi, no proiblem.

My Blackberry Bold connects to my home wi fi without problem.

 

Anyone out there that can help?

Hard reset the router. Get into your routers settings and change encryption to 802.11G,  encryption WPA, type AES if there's a choice, delete the saved connection from PlayBook wifi settings, then try again.  If that works change to your preferred settings one at a time.
