Hi all!

Mine and my friends video chat doesn't display if a contact is off or online even when both tablets are set to recieve calls. We can call ok but can't see if each other are on or offline. What can be done?

Have you selected the Video Tab at the top left corner of the Video Chat Home Page?

Yes I've Tried This. But it still doesn't display if the contact is online.

Put me in your contact list and see if I am on line. My emails address is rmkingis@gmail.com.

Is there a big lag between someone signing off and it displaying they've. Signed off?

I would think it should be immediate. Do I show up as being online?

you did show as being online. I tried with my friend today and noticed a huge gap between him logging off and it showing he logged off.

I think the only way to go off line is to shut off your wifi switch or turn off your PlayBook. Closing out the Video Chat Icon does not disconnect you.
