I'd nuke from orbit (from Desktop Software Manager) and reinstall the OS from scratch. That way you have control over the BB ID part at the end of the process.

This is what I am trying right now, I think it is maybe because I tried to use the same BBID as the other one
Now how do I add a new BBID to the system

I justed finish the debrick, and I was able to create a new BBID, and when it gets to the Software Update screen it tells me again that it can not activate the tablet but I have no idea why

Martin,
Is your PB under any warranty? Because what I'm about to share with you in this thread http://forums.crackberry.com/blackberry-playbook-f
requires it.
Someone also mentions no Wi-Fi singnal can cause this, but I doubt that's your case: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-

222/fix-could-not-activate-tablet-132353-a-713146/ requires it.
Well I do not use any thing that comes from the crackberry.com community, it all hackers as the name points
And no the Playbook is not under warranty because it was bought on the release day, it just came back from repair because I dropped it and the screen got cracked on the inside

Well you really should read that thread as it's the solution you seek. You have to call RIM and get them to activate it. Read the thread...

Well I am talking with RIM and they can not find any thing on this error, and they are keeping me on the phone while they are talking with the repair department to find out why this is happening

Ok, well, good luck then. Google has a lot of people with the same problem but that guy got his activated by having RIM unblock the PIN.

Well right now RIM themself do not know what this error is or could be, and they have no idea what is the cause of it
