DOCS TO GO not opening

Good. Day, I bought a blackberry PlayBook 16g about a month ago. Unfortunately I started having trouble opening Docs to go. I keep getting the message "Unable to start Docs To Go due to error 22" then I have to restart the tablet before it can open. This has been happening more frequently and it's starting to get frustrating because I got the tablet for work purposes and i use Office documents/files a lot.

I would appreciate a solution to this problem.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.

 

What software version does your tablet have installed? 

 

When you go to close Docs to Go, do you get any error? Or the error only appears when launching it? Or when trying to open a document?

The error appears only when launching. It doesn't appear when I open a document directly though.  I have the OS version 2.1.0.1526 installed on my tablet.
