Dead PB. Not charging and no response to anything.

Help help help

 

I just got a PB and im experiencing a problem.

The pb worked for 2-3 hours when unboxed and then went of. When trying to charge it no respons. Yesterday it was blinking 1 red 5 green lights and today its all dead. does not repond to anything. I have tried the volume + power buttons, connected it to my pc to try upgrading via  desktop but only got the failure pop-up. (and that was before it died completely)

What do i do when the pb is totally dead and i cant even get the software to realize im charging it. is there anything to do at all?

 

I cant even take it back to the shop as i bought it online from the states and i live in Denmark (europe) as blackberry is so rare to find here.

 

can anyone help??

No need to start a new thread. Follow the procedure for stack charging. In the other thread.

Bro this is my advz send it back to ur shop with the granty to change it for u as I had the same case before and they changed for me go immid and be taf wz them,,,,

Did you try the recharging procedure I posted yesterday? Has the charging problems been resolved?

@ Lost_at_Sea ,  thanks so muc for your help so far. But non of the steps has helped yet. I'm actually on the phone with bb support now to see if they can assist eventho they are just guiding me thru the same steps you advised me to do.

But if they cant help i will try the bb office in sweden i guess. the one in Malmo is like 2 hours drive.

Ok RIM thinks it might be a default usb . so they are arranging a pickup so it can be fixed in germany.
