Call them, regardless. Explain your issue. They have been quite generous with helping and in many cases doing an RMA.

Only if you registered for the support when you bought it. If you never registered for support the 90 days starts when you do register

Well, there's been some progress. They won't promise a repair but I've been given a new RMA number and they're going to take another look at it. Fingers crossed! Thanks again guys.
