call the number, choose other and ask for playbook warranty (dont ask for support)

Call them, regardless. Explain your issue. They have been quite generous with helping and in many cases doing an RMA.

Dead end, it's been over 90 days :-( Probably had it since June thinking about it and been out of action since about July.
Only if you registered for the support when you bought it. If you never registered for support the 90 days starts when you do register
