I really like the Print to Go feature and how I can organize documents into folders but they save PDF and can't be edited. So I am trying to use Docs to Go. Instructions say I can open email attachments and then save them to my Docs to Go. Besides the fact that I don't know if it possible to organize into files, I can't even open the files. I tap on download, the document shows it has downloaded but won't open. I then tap where it says tap to open and nothing happens. Why does this happen?

Email yourself the documents
Open the email in playbook
Tap and hold on the attachment to bring up the open or saveas options
Tap on Save As and save
The document will be in downloads folder. This is where Playbook is weak. Install the free app AIR Browser from app world. Find the documents and move from downloads to documents folder. Either open from there or in docstogo app

Nope, it's just that I would tend to use a losable handheld as the working tool and a desktop with it's own backup usb drive as an archive. I guess if you backup daily it would work .
