Downloaded movies disapear - lots of free storage

I have a WiFi only 32G Playbook, I typically carry 4 or 5 2Gig movies on it which leaves 10 - 12 Gig free.  If I try to load one or two more movies, 2-4 Gig, all the movies disapear and the free storage goes back to 20+ Gig.  There is no warning, no error...it just happens.  To transfer the movies I connect the playbook to my laptop and drag and drop the files.

What is going on?

Thanks

Do you have on the PlayBook a file browser such as Air or Files & Folders?

Download one, and see what's on your PlayBook.

I have Air Browser and File manager, the movies do not show up on either.  As a second note, I have 342 songs which never are erased.

First I've seen that, you downloaded a couple extra movies, and ALL other movies just *poof* disappeared?

Very very odd.

Re: Downloaded movies disapear - lots of free storage

Yes all the movies just disapear and when I go and check the memory it shows 21 Gig free again?  Is there a folder size limitation in the playbook?  Is there a way to check if all 21 Gig is good (kinda like a scandisk?)

Re: Downloaded movies disapear - lots of free storage

One way to troubleshoot that would be to load movies in two different folders. Some one folder A and some on Folder B
