Downloading movies.

I go onto Blackberry Log in try to download movies from Blackberry site.

When I log in it comes back with error message saying Internal Server has been detected. Try your operation again (EC).

 

Also every time that I try to log into ID it tells me that either the ID or the password is incorrect.

I put in the same information every time.

When I reset the password I come back out and try to go back in again and again it tells me the same info.

 

What is the problem.
