Sorry Guys I forgot to tell you that RIM support called me the other day and has now asked if they could have an email address on our system to replicate the issue at their end so they can test. I created them an acocunt and they were able to reproduce the issue with their PlayBooks inhouse. The tech I was working with said that he will keep testing with each internal dev release untill he knows it has been fixed and will then let me know the OS version number that will correct this issue. I will update this ticket with that information as well so people know what OS update will fix this issue.
