that is absolutely awesome....a great approach. I wonder if they just thought of this or they just haven't been able to give it the time to work on it. I bet i could also get my IT to give them a guest account if they need to replicate on other systems experiencing the problem. FYI

So..... Any news? At the very least I might have expected RIM to let us revert back to the version that used to work.... I am really anxious to get a version working... Anybody hacked this? got an older version that we can use to flash the firmware? Really, NOTHING?

The delay of BB10 is understandable, just look how long it's taking to fix a simple email duplication problem. I saw a poll asking if people would buy a smartphone running Playbook OS 2, the answer is no, my blackberry phone WORKS. We are having to respond to email with our OS5, OS6, OS7 phones because we don't want to send our clients, friends, boss multiple duplicate emails.

Agreed. This is a very frustrating problem.
I really wonder if RIM is going to survive. They laid off all of the people who solve problems, so now it seems like we are left twisting in the wind.
Apple would never leave its customers in the lurch.
