The only. Solution is deleting the red x email as soon as clock sending icon turns to the red x . If you wait to long the duplicating begins. As this thread attests we have waited over 4 months, submitted support. Reqest to fix.

I wiped my PlayBook when upgrading to .668, and the problem is the same.
Sends two emails. Only way to stop it is delete the Red X email as soon as it appears .. works sometimes .. brutes.

I've just pointed Michael Clewey at this thread via Twitter as he responded to a tweet I sent him. Hopefully we might get some sort of update/response
Please MIcheal get it fixed!!!
Both the e-mail duplications and the exchange lookup issue and I'll love my playbook again as I cant dare send e-mails currently
