Email messages are incomplete

I use the email program on my playbook, and every now and then the messages only download partially.  I'll get a few words and that's it.  Refreshing doesn't help, nor does restarting the email program or restarting the playbook.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.

What type of email account do you have setup on your BlackBerry PlayBook? And to clarify, you are only receiving parts of the body of the message?

Thanks for the reply and welcome!

 

I have a POP3 account with Shaw.  And yes, I am only receiving parts of the body of the message, sometimes one or two words, sometimes more; it's pretty random.

Hey Choxie,

What Shaw server address do you currently have your email set up with? You can find this information by going to Accounts> Select the Account> Select Advanced Settings.
