I recently purchased a BlackBerry PlayBook. When attempting to connect to the internet the browser says: "Couldn't Resolve Host Name".
Is there any setting I must change? I have spoken to both Best Buy (where I bought it) and my Wi-Fi provider- neither of which could help.
Please someone let me know what to do/change.

I do access my bank website which is an https, and I have no problem at all

Try contacting your companies IT administrator to see if there are any restrictions of special ports that need to be used to access your company email. This could be a restriction on the server side that won't allow the PlayBook browser to connect.
