I have instlalled this application successfully but it wasn't working so I uninstalled it on the Playbook, expecting to be able to then re-install it in 'My world'. But it was no longer there in its uninstalled state.
I then ried to re-purchase it from AppWorld and it comes up with this ...

If found the workaround on the post Upgrading problem on this forum. Solution is to hit the Refresh List button in app world. Once the refresh completes I was able to update the app.

Same problem here. Can't upgrade or reinstall my Splashtop and none of my apps will upgrade. I keep getting that same message...for 2 weeks now and can't find any help at all!!
