Error. Id: 35005

When trying to update apps I get error id: 35005.  What can be done to correct this?

Trying following the steps in this article to clear the BlackBerry® App World Store Front cache. Once this is done test again to see if you have the same issue.

Hi,

 

I've got the same issue with two games on the Playbook. I've done the procedure for the tablet in that link you posted, but nothing appears to happen?

 

Do you simply type 'RST' (in uppercase?) without anything showing that you're typing text in?
