Hold power button down for 20 seconds (count) Hold it right through the menu that appears. After another 20 seconds press power button briefly to restart,

If that fails you may have to de-brick. Come back if that is the case.

Re: Errorr

You will lose all your data so backup first

Debrick method
Turn Playbook OFF.
Start up desktop software
Connect PB to PC with USB cable
If the PB red light comes on, press the off button
The desktop will come back with a message of Retry or Update
Quickly select Update / repair
The reload will take about an hour of two and you will lose all your data.

Re: Errorr

That's normal. Just unplug it and continue the setup on the PlayBook.

Is it responding now?

Re: Errorr

Then it's now a hardware fault, so you need to contact PlayBook Support to get it repaired if it's under warranty.
