I just found an interesting feature,
My Corporate Voicemail is emailed to me in .WAV files. I can play them on my 9550 but the Bridge Messages on the PB report unsupported file type.
I'm a little surprised by this but hope it is just an update away...

i would like to see this as well. i too have a 9550 and *.wav files sent to me from my office voicemail.

Agreed, we get ours as MP3s in our email which I can listen to on my torch with no problem. Over the bridge its shown as an unsupported file type. This is a fairly major flaw for our usage.

Just to add to this feature request, yes, it would be great to play .wav files on my PB. No problem on my 9700, unrecognized on the PB. Hopefully in an update soon.

Ditto. Same issue. Just posting to get a fix response should any come our way. I get vmails via Vonage in the same manner discussed.

Why was this not part of the initial build? This is a big deal to me since I get my voicemails via email. Please fix!!

Have a look at the supported attachment types while using BlackBerry Bridge with the BlackBerry PlayBook: http://bbry.lv/lZiVJP

Thank you, that does indicate WAV support but the VM messages that are attached in email says otherwise.
