Garbled characters in native email client on playbook in messages sent from outlook clients

Im syncing my playbook using activesync. All emails with quoted-printable iso-8859-2 encoding have garbled accented characters. On blackberry smartphone they look all fine.

It seems like those email originate from outlook. I composed several testing messages and found out that this problem occurs with format set to html and richtext. Plaintext is fine. If i look into message source, there is hardcoded Arial font. Can somebody please look at it? It renders this email client almost unusable since we get a lot of emails from outlook clients. Thanks for any input.

Sincerely

Tomas Tikovsky
