Re: Gasket peeling off

No, they need to contact Playbook support by phone, for warranty services ON the PlayBook.

Re: Gasket peeling off

Well I boiught this online from a company based in Madras India. Althoiugh i live in New Delhi India. The customer care number in India 1-800-4253-720 seems bogus as after numerous attempts when I cud got tough the guy on the other side gave me an International Number which I cud never. very difficult to find out as to whom I should approach for this problem . Seems by the time I wud be able to get thru the right guy the warrenty wud be over.

Re: Gasket peeling off

I don't know why they're not answering... try at a different time of the day.

Re: Gasket peeling off

I think we wouldn't be reaching to any concrete conclusion by sending mails or posting remarks. This consume a lot of time and the result  remain negative. Any alternate and more productive mean to sort out this issue?
