I would suggest that you re-install .24 again and keep an eye on the battery drain.

I can confirm that Bridge v2.1.0.24 is causing significant additional battery drain on my BB 9780.
I appreciate that the standard battery level indication is not precise, but with v24 installed, my battery is losing approximately 5% - 7.5% charge per hour. this is with WiFi and Bluetooth switched off, only the defult apps running and very little phone use.
With v24 deleted (for a second time, as I wanted to double-check), the battery level has remained at 90% for the last 2 and a half hours, with just a few incoming e-mails.

This is really wierd.
I installed Bridge v24 for a 3rd time and the 9780 battery is down only 10% after 6 hours, which is obviously good.
The only difference this time is that I have had the phone and Playbook bridged via Bluetooth for several hours.
Can it be possible that Bridge is using more power when it is not connected?
