Help!! Battery totally depleted

I have a Blackberry Playbook--I unknowingly let my battery charge get totally depleted and now it won't charge up nor turn on--the red led light comes on then the yellow one blinks momentarily then the whole thing shuts off.  Any suggestions??? Thanks, RM

Keep it connected to the power supply for a while (i would use the factory delivered usb power supply). It will charge again.

Re: Help!! Battery totally depleted

I have been trying to  for several days w/ the original charger w/ no luck.  I have also tried the "building block" charging (not sure of the correct terminology) where I plug the charger into the playbook for 1 min 50sec then unplug for 20sec, and repeat this procedure 10 times, this didn't work either.

Re: Help!! Battery totally depleted

Already tried the "hardware reset" ?

Hold down the volume up key, volume down key, and power button at the same time and hold it for about 15 seconds.

Re: Help!! Battery totally depleted

Keep it connected to the charger, and do as advised above... press the power button and the UP volume button at the same time, hold then BOTH down , together, for about 20 seconds. You should see the red or yellow LED begin to blink. Give more time, and often after about 2-3 minutes you'll see it begin to restart.
