I recently bought a blackberry playbook and it suddenly stopped working. It got down to 0% and died and now it won't turn back on. When I plug it into a charger the red light turns on for about 3-5 seconds then turns off. Nothing happens after that. Also the computer does not recognize it. I have Blackberry device manager installed at it has worked previously. Im hoping you can be of some help. Thanks. P.S. I still have the warranty.
Have you attempted to leave the PlayBook plugged in over night using the wall charger. Also does the PlayBook ever display anything on the screen, for example a battery with a graphical lighting bolt?
Try holding down the Power Button for 20 Seconds while connected to the charger. Wait 5 minutes. If there is no activity retry the procedure. You may have to do this process several times. Eventually it should reboot
