Ok I have an e-mail address that is work related and is only available when I am connected to my WIFI at work. the email works great but, I cannot figure out how to get my contacts into the PB contacts. I have about 400 contacts and it will take forever to manually enter them.
any suggestions

The following applications are supported for synchronization with BlackBerry® Desktop Software 7.1:
Once you install the BlackBerry Desktop Software, click on the Organizer button and you will be prompted to set up the app for sync.
