Help with playbook and desktop software issue

I have been able to use my Playbook and desktop software to utilize the ability to copy and drag icons etc... From and to my playbook to my computer and vice versa. It's like a mass storage. Now I am getting a very long error message when mounting the volume drive.

 

Please advise and help.

If you are using a PC, Go to Microsoft Upgrade Site and make sure all the critical and Optional Updates are installed. Then reboot your computer and try again.
