Hello,

I was trying to reorganize my home screen dock this morning and somehow, inadvertantly erased all the icons.  

First, I dropped down the five icons into the general menu below until the home screen dock was blank.

I then flicked five icons back up there, but this time, they did not reappear.  They also disappeared from the lower menu as well.

In the top left notifications centre, an exclamation mark popped up saying "array_insert invalid array index".

So, now five of my icons have completely vanished: Email, Calendar, Browser, Camera, Weather, and in the below pictures, I experiment with "Speed Test", which also vanishes after being moved up to the home dock.

What has happened exactly and how do I fix this?

I'M TRYING TO POST PICTURES BUT THE FILE IS 1,063 K AND THIS FORUM ONLY ALLOWS 1,000 K MAXIMUM TO UPLOAD.  I TOOK THEM WITH MY PLAYBOOK.

Have you tried to restart your PlayBook?

Yes, it did not work.

You will need to perform a security wipe - this is a known bug in the OS. You need to leave at least one icon in the bar

Read the above knowledge base article. You have to move all the icons from the bottom section if the screen up onto the quick start bar. Once this is done restart the PlayBook.

you can put them again to your home screen, using your finger

Regarding the bug that has erased my home dock, thanks for the advice above.  I'll get to it sometime today.
