How do I download a podcast to my Playbook ?

I want to start using my PB to download music and podcasts as starting to travel again and find my PB a perfect size when on the road. Is there an idiots guide to downloading the above. Couldn't see option/podcsts in music store ? Thanks

Podcast other than the ones that come thru the podcast apps cannot be loaded on the playbook.
