How do i connect to my WIFI at home? No problem at a hotspot. Apparently I don't qualify for support New today

I can't connect to the internet am unable to get help to use my playbook at home.  I don't qualify for support from RIM.  I can connect at a hotspot with no problem.  When i try to log on to the network it shows the network is available but times out before connecting.  when i type in my password it is not accepted because it is not long enough.  Works fine with my laptop - different standards i suppose.  Itried the online support but did not find it helpful at all.

If anybody can help i would appreciate it.  If not I will be returning the playbook.

thanks

Hey Essabeekeeper,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Please have a look at the following article that provides some tips on trouble shooting Wi-Fi issues with the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet:

Troubleshooting Wi-Fi and networking on the BlackBerry PlayBook

I hope this helps,
Thanks.

That article is only a ID10t guide. Think its impossible to connect to wifi. Good luck
