Have you tried leaving it connected to the wall charger overnight?
Just to verify, you are using the charger that came with it? I'm hoping there isn't a physical problem with the charging port or charger itself. If you have a blackberry phone, you can try using the wall charger on it to rule that out.

I'm thinking there could be another problem with the port. Who repaired it before? I'm wondering if you get more warranty since its been serviced.
