How do you get help!!!!!

Hey everyone,

 Sorry to sound grouchy but I am. My playbook will not charge and all I want to know is where to return it if I live in Canada. Hope someone can help

You don't sound grouchy.  Where did you get the playbook from?  How long have you had it?

I have had it for a year. I had issues with it before . I bought it at Future Shop but they would not return it because I did not buy their warranty. i havent used it for 3 months because it wont turn on. I have tried and tried to contact Blackberry, Rim and all they write back is that my email is not accepted and to try another path for service...WTF lol (oops sorry)

Have you tried leaving it connected to the wall charger overnight?

Just to verify, you are using the charger that came with it?  I'm hoping there isn't a physical problem with the charging port or charger itself.  If you have a blackberry phone, you can try using the wall charger on it to rule that out.

I did have a problem with the port before and yes I am using the charger that came with it.

NoOne ..me..Ijust got it to work...I am going to try a local place I guess.thanks so much for your help I appreciate it.Do you know of anywhere I can contact Rim or blackberry.
