download the blackberry desktop manager software from here
http://us.blackberry.com/software/desktop/desktop-pc.html
install it in your pc then plug your playbook in and wait to be recognize automaticly.
update your playbook os version.

try use Youtube application preinstalled in your Playbook
Camera icon is located in various submenu (try to slide with your finger left or right for showing more app drawers)
you cannot delete Camera application, so it must be installed.
