I have sent my playbook but want to know whats going on with it

thts all i have can you help me

also i recieved 2 new emails from rim

way before i made this account wich was made

about 2 minutes ago. they congratulated me for buying 

a new tablet wich by the way i never did. i had an old

playbook wich i sent out to rim on wednesday

can someone pls help

You must understand, that this is not a RIM site, it is only staffed by users like you who have experience with Playbooks
