I'm a Rogers. customer: spammed

I get constant spam from my Rogers account on my blackberry playbook. I've tried fiddling with he settings on both the account and playbook, but nothing's working.

Open Outlook. Click Tools, Click Options, Click Preferences, Click Email, Junk Email. Select either Low or High. Click Apply. Close out Outlook. Reopen and the setting should now apply and Junk Mail should now be filtered. Once this is set, only the mail that gets past the filters should be sent to the PlayBook

That will work well if outlook is always running. The playbook will reconcile the differneces when outlook does the cleanup.

Most likely the Rogers email is not filtered well. Is it a blackberry account? or more like a gmail account?

It does not work, I have Outlook running all the time with a Rogers account, and all the spam still goes to the Playbook, the only way that I found is to make Outlook erase the e-mail messages from the server, but then all the messages get erased when Outlook picks them up from the server and they then get erased from the Playbook
