I installed the new OS version yesterday on my 32GB Playbook, went to sync/backup with BB Desktop Manager today, and it no longer recognizes my Playbook! My Curve 8530 syncs and backs up just fine, not my Playbook. I've rebooted the PC (Win 7), and run and rerun BB Desktop - it's not a bad USB cable - same cable works just fine with the Curve. What's the story here? By the way, BB Desktop is the latest version (18.104.22.168).

I too updated, my calendar not syncing with Gmail and Facebook. It is not showing any of my Birthday reminders.. Forum any solution?

I have experienced the same problem - shows connecting forever, so I can't transfer files ,etc,
However, although the Playbook won't say it's connected, I left it attached to the computer and went away - when I returned it showed: Last backup : Today. ...? As I can't get beyond "Connecting", I can't really tell if it did.
I hope this is fixed soon.

I observed that after the latest update my video chat camera could not come up again. I can't even notice any improvements here, only that my camera couldn't work with the video chat. Please helppppppp!!!!!
