Internet not working

Hi can anyone help plz....my sons playbook is playing up its connected to our Internet but when he clicks to load an Internet page the loading bar stops half way and it does nothing the page doesn't load, my daughter has one exactly the same and her Internet is fine, I'm stuck don't no what to do....help, thanks

In browser, swipe down from top bezel, tap Settings, Then Privacy and Security, tap Clear All.  Restart Playbook. Try again.

Did you try restating PlayBook? If not then try that.

Yes tried several timreps restarting play book.....tried reconnecting to the Internet ???

OK next thing is go to Settings, WiFi, select Saved networks, delete the network she is using to connect, then connect again using the router password.

Take master reset to ur playbook before taking back up ..It will referesh your playbook all setting ..and then check
