Hi,

Few weeks ago I bought a PlayBook tablet. Everything was just fine until I received the videotron bill with more that double internet usage.

Usually, I am careful with this type of stuff, but this time I am pretty sure that Videotron has a problem with his internet usage counting style.

Could you confirm me please, if you have or heard about this type of problem.

Is videotron your mobile phone provider? How are you connecting your playbook to the Internet?

I have to specify that Videotron is an Internet provider.

Few days ago, I contacted the Customer Service of Videotron to better understand way I had such big usage, but they told me that this is just normal. I was not satisfied with this answer so: here I am.

Ok, but how are you connecting your playbook to the internet?

Is it a 3G playbook and the videotron SIM is in it? Or are you tethering to a Blackberry with the videotron SIM in it?

What kind of apps are you using?
