Turn off the Playbook, plug in the USB cable to the PB and PC. Start DM when you see the DM said UPDATE select that, it will be real quick and that will install the OS and start anew.

The DM is saying that the system has the most recent update

Plug the PlayBook in, and make sure DM is running.

Restart the PlayBook, and you'll be briefly prompted to update it. This should left you reinstall - no matter which version is on the PlayBook.

i attempted that. issue still present loads intermittently, However isn't the security wipe the same thing?
