Keyboard is missing

Hi ,

The keyboard on my playbook has gone missing , both on the screen and as an icon in `About` . Also , I cannot get a response from the power buttons etc .

First, try a reset on the Playbook, by pressing and holding down the Power, volume Up and volume Down (all three) buttons at one time, for about 10 seconds. After the device resets and reboots, see if your keyboard is available.

 Do you know if  it `just one of those things` or is this something that occurs with the playbook ?
